Wellness platform integrations, for employees and IT.

Link the watches your people own and the login system IT already runs. Two kinds of link, one platform, no second account to manage.

Vantage Fit works with the watches people already wear, such as Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin and Samsung. It also plugs into your login and HR systems through SAML 2.0 and an automatic roster sync. Employees keep their own devices. IT keeps control of who gets in.

Works with the devices your employees already own.

Employees can join with any phone, or link the watch they already own, and everything syncs automatically.

  • Apple Watch
  • Fitbit
  • Garmin
  • Samsung Watch
  • Google Fit
  1. Garmin updates the moment you move

Garmin sends the workout, the GPS route and the daily numbers as soon as they are recorded.

  2. Fitbit brings the last 30 days with it

Link Fitbit and it pulls in steps, heart rate zones and sleep, going back up to 30 days.

  3. One device at a time, so no double counting

Each person syncs from one main device. That keeps the scoring fair and stops steps being counted twice.

Your login system, and your HR roster.

Set up with our technical team, to match how your own security and employee records work.

Employees link their own watches. SSO, HRIS and SFTP are set up with our team.

HRIS · SFTP · CSV

Keep the employee list up to date on its own, straight from the HR system you already run.

  • Takes an SFTP sync that runs on its own, or a CSV you upload
  • Plugs straight into Workday, DarwinBox, ADP, Zoho People, SAP, and Infor ION
  • Employees can sign up on their own from a verified work email

Microsoft Teams

Employees open Vantage Fit inside Microsoft Teams and get the full experience, without leaving the tools they already work in.

  • Runs inside the VantageCircle Teams app, mirroring the web experience screen for screen
  • No separate Vantage Fit app to add, and no second login
  • Challenges, rewards and wellbeing, right inside the Teams window

Hosted where you need it.

Pick where your data lives when you set up. One login then works across every Vantage Circle product.

  • 5 places to hold your data

Pick the US, Canada, the EU, the UAE, or India when you sign up.

  • One Vantage Circle account

Anyone already on Vantage Rewards gets into Vantage Fit with the same login.

  • 13+ languages

The app and its alerts switch to the language each person picks, in every office you run.

Who sets up each integration.

A short setup, with a clear split of who does what.

  1. Single sign-on (SAML 2.0)

IT sets it up once with your login system. After that, people sign in with their work account.

  2. Wearable connections

Employees link Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin or Google Fit in the app, with no help from IT.

  3. HR roster sync

Set up with our support team, so the employee list keeps itself up to date.

How to set up SAML 2.0 SSO.

4 steps, done once by your IT team.

  1. Swap the SAML file

Send us the file from your login system, and we set up a trusted link.

  2. Match up the fields

Line up email, full name and employee ID, so each person is matched to the right account.

  3. Test it on one account

Sign in end to end with a test account, and check the fields come through.

  4. Turn it on for everyone

Switch single sign-on on for the whole company. No one needs a second password.

What is SAML 2.0 SSO?

SAML 2.0 single sign-on lets people into Vantage Fit with the work account they already have, from a login system such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID. There is no second password. Sign-up is quicker, IT gets fewer tickets, and when someone leaves, their access is cut the same moment.

What IT will want to know

Employees link their own devices. SSO and HR roster feeds are set up with our technical team.

No. The phone counts steps on its own, through Apple Health on iOS and Google Fit on Android. A linked watch only adds detail.

Every feed adds to the same daily total.

One platform your people and your IT both approve.
