Basic covers step-based challenges with participant leaderboards. Pro adds challenges for walking, running, cycling, yoga, and more — plus team leaderboards, a dedicated account manager, detailed analytics, and single sign-on and HR system integrations.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on your total employee count, with volume discounts applied automatically. Use the slider or type your employee count directly to see your price in real time.
Can we upgrade from Single Challenge to Unlimited Challenges?
Yes. Your data, configurations, and challenge history carry over. We'll prorate any upgrade mid-period.
Can we upgrade from Basic to Pro?
Absolutely. Upgrades are available at any time with proration applied to the remaining period.
How long does go-live take?
Basic: approximately 2 weeks with self-guided onboarding. Pro: approximately 3 weeks, including hands-on setup and a customized communications plan.
