Does it cost anything to participate?

Completely free. No credit card, no contract, no obligation. After the challenge, if you want to bring Vantage Fit to your employees, the paid plan starts at $1 per user per month with no minimums or setup fees. There is no pressure to buy.

How much time does it take each week?

As much or as little as you want. The app auto-syncs steps, sleep, and activity in the background. Activity logging takes about 2 minutes a day. You can be a top competitor or simply observe how the platform works. Both are valuable for an HR buyer.

What devices and wearables does Vantage Fit support?

iOS and Android smartphones, plus Apple Watch, Fitbit, and Garmin. Your phone's built-in step tracker also works. No wearable required.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Vantage Fit is HIPAA-compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified. Your individual health data is never shared with employers or other participants. The leaderboard shows only your display name and aggregate step count. Nothing health-specific.

What happens after the challenge ends?

You receive a personalised engagement report with cohort benchmarks. No automatic enrollment or billing. If you want to explore bringing Vantage Fit to your team, we schedule a session at your request. Not ours.

Do I need internal approval to join?

No. This is a personal experience, not a company purchase. You're registering as an individual participant. Your company isn't being enrolled in anything, and there's no vendor relationship until you choose to create one after the challenge.
