About the Company

Key Objective

Our goal is to engage the workforce in a wellness initiative to boost their wellbeing and promote healthy living amongst them.

The Challenge

  • To achieve the purpose of motivating employees towards leading a healthy lifestyle, CFSL looked for a well-equipped wellness platform to implement a successful wellness program.
  • The admin wished for an HR dashboard to keep the performances of all participants in check.
  • They even sought a platform to enable their workforce to track their daily progress in the challenge.
  • Besides, HR desired a medium that could provide them with something more than just physical activities.

The Approach

  • Vantage Fit launched a walkathon challenge for the CFSL employees under the campaign name "Commit to be Fit" from 30th August 2021 to 21st November 2021.
  • Spanning over 3 months, this challenge not only targeted physical wellbeing but also included mindfulness meditation sessions to uplift mental wellbeing.
  • An admin dashboard was provided to HR to analyze the performance of all employees.
  • Similarly, a fully gamified leaderboard was made accessible to the workforce to keep track of their activities in the challenge accurately.

Results

  • Over 30 employees competed in the 3-month long CFSL walkathon.
  • Each participant completed 81273 steps during the entire challenge.
  • The whole workforce covered a distance of over 6900 kilometers in the 12-week challenge.
  • On average, every employee burned around 12288 kilocalories.
  • The fitness challenge witnessed an average of 91% employee engagement.
