Your Wallet in Vantage Fit tracks every point you've earned, redeemed, or transferred. The statement gives you a clear history of all transactions, and you can also view and activate any gift cards you've purchased.
Accessing Your Wallet
- Open the drawer menu (tap the hamburger icon or swipe from the left edge).
- Tap Wallet.
You'll see your current points balance at the top, followed by options to view your statement and gift cards.
Note: The Wallet is only visible if your company has the rewards and points system enabled. If you don't see it in the drawer menu, your organization hasn't activated this feature.
Viewing Your Statement
- From the Wallet screen, tap Statement.
- You'll see a chronological list of all your point transactions.
Each entry shows:
- Date — when the transaction occurred
- Description — what the transaction was for (e.g., "Steps challenge task completed," "Gift card redeemed," "Admin award")
- Points +/- — how many points were added or deducted
Types of Transactions You'll See

Tip: Check your statement after completing challenge tasks to confirm your points were credited. Points are typically awarded in real time.
Understanding Your Points Balance
Your Vantage Fit points are part of a unified balance shared with VantageCircle's Rewards & Recognition (R&R) wallet. This means:
- Points earned in Vantage Fit add to the same balance as points from VantageCircle R&R
- Points redeemed in either platform deduct from the same pool
- Your total balance reflects activity across both platforms
If your company uses both Vantage Fit and VantageCircle, you'll see a single consolidated balance.
Viewing Your Gift Cards
To see gift cards you've purchased with your points:
- From the Wallet screen, tap My Gift Cards.
- Browse your purchased cards — each shows the vendor, value, and status.
Activating Gift Cards
Some gift card vendors require a click-to-activate step before the card can be used:
- Open the gift card from My Gift Cards.
- If the card requires activation, you'll see an Activate button.
- Tap Activate — the card is now ready to use.
- You'll see the card details (code, PIN, or barcode) needed for redemption.
Note: Not all gift cards require activation — it depends on the vendor. Cards that are ready to use immediately will show their details right away.
Common Questions
Where did my points go? Check your statement for recent deductions. Points can be spent on gift cards or transferred between regional wallets. If something looks wrong, contact your HR admin.
Why is my balance different from what I expected? Remember that your balance is shared with VantageCircle R&R. Points earned or spent on the R&R platform will also appear in your balance.
Can I transfer points to a colleague? Individual user-to-user transfers are not supported. Inter-country transfers (for employees who move between regions) are handled by your admin.
