About the Company
Beroe is a global leader in procurement intelligence and analytics, providing spend intelligence and market research to some of the world's largest enterprises. Headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, the company serves clients across industries including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and technology — helping procurement teams make smarter sourcing decisions through data-driven insights.
With a workforce of 850 employees spanning offices in the US, India, and Europe, Beroe recognised that employee wellbeing needed the same rigour it applies to procurement: data-driven, measurable, and built for long-term impact.
The Challenge
Beroe's wellness initiatives relied on conventional, non-digital methods. Without a centralised platform, it was nearly impossible to track participation, measure health outcomes, or identify improvement patterns across the organisation.
- HR had no real-time visibility into employee health trends or programme effectiveness.
- Wellness decisions were made without data — no way to monitor activity, nutrition, sleep, or hydration at scale.
- Manual tracking placed a burden on employees and produced unreliable data for HR leaders.
- Non-digital programmes lacked the engagement mechanics to sustain participation beyond one-off events.
The organisation needed a solution that eliminated manual tracking, gave leadership timely and actionable health data, and made wellness accessible and engaging for every employee.
The Approach
Beroe implemented Vantage Fit as their centralised digital wellness platform, replacing manual processes with automated tracking and real-time dashboards across four health dimensions.
1. Effortless Digital Tracking — Employees tracked steps, meals, water intake, and sleep automatically through the Vantage Fit mobile app — no manual logging required.
2. Real-Time HR Dashboard — Leadership gained instant visibility into engagement rates, activity trends, nutrition patterns, and health data across the entire workforce.
3. Gamified Wellness Challenges — Structured challenges like "March Momentum: Spring Into Strength" kept participation high and gave employees clear, motivating goals to work toward.
4. Holistic Wellness Coverage — One platform for physical activity, nutrition logging, sleep tracking, hydration monitoring, and personal goal setting — covering the full spectrum of employee health.
5. Personal Goal Setting — 88% of users set healthy goals such as "Be Fitter," turning individual aspirations into trackable, measurable progress over time.
The programme was built around three interconnected pillars:
- Physical Activity Tracking — Daily step tracking with an org-wide average of 2,569 steps and a recorded peak of 4,106 steps in December 2025.
- Nutrition & Hydration — 2,400+ meals logged and an average water intake of 3 litres per person — above the recommended 2 litres.
- Sleep & Goal-Based Wellness — Average sleep duration of 8 hours 11 minutes across the workforce, with 88% of users actively setting healthy fitness goals.
Results
In under 9 months, Beroe achieved measurable health improvements across every wellness dimension — driven by consistent engagement that continued to grow month over month.

"When we first explored Vantage Fit, we were evaluating multiple platforms to build a meaningful health and wellness initiative. What stood out was the holistic nature of the platform. There's something for everyone, whether it's gym workouts, yoga, swimming, or running. Features like the squat tracker, 7-minute workouts, and mental wellness videos make the experience engaging and relevant for employees with different interests."
