Key Objective
"Our objective was to increase brand recall value by offering a gamified wellness platform for the participants supporting the noble cause."
The Challenge
- The biggest hurdle for the institution was to engage their participants virtually while following COVID-19 safety protocols.
- They needed a virtual wellness platform to host the LGBTQ wellness campaign at scale, with participants joining from different locations.
- They required tools and resources to accurately track the activity levels of all participants in real time.
The Approach
- Vantage Fit hosted a three-day virtual walkathon with a "Walk-The-Most" target, designed to maximise participation across the full duration.
- The platform offered a cost-effective, quick onboarding process that required minimal setup from participants.
- Multi-device fitness integration ensured participants could connect via wearables, smartphones, or manual logging.
- The entire walkathon was gamified with a real-time leaderboard, encouraging friendly competition throughout.
- HR admins monitored engagement levels through the Vantage Fit dashboard and received a detailed post-event report on top performers and individual health insights.

The three-day walkathon generated strong momentum from the outset, with participation and engagement both climbing each day.
