Not every workout involves walking or running. Many employees prefer cycling, swimming, yoga, or gym workouts — and until now, these activities didn't count toward step-based challenges. That changes with Activity Conversion.

What's New

Activity Conversion automatically translates non-step activities into equivalent step counts, so employees participating in step challenges get credit for all forms of physical activity — not just walking.

Whether it's a 30-minute cycling session, an hour of yoga, or a swim, the platform intelligently converts the effort into a step equivalent based on intensity and duration. This makes challenges fairer and more inclusive for everyone, regardless of their preferred form of exercise.

Manual Steps Entry with Deeplinking

We've also introduced Manual Steps Entry for situations where automatic tracking isn't possible. Employees can log steps directly through a streamlined flow using deeplinking and silent authentication — no extra logins or friction.

How It Works

  4. For manual entry, employees tap the deep link, authenticate silently, and log their steps
