When an employee initiates a reward redemption — whether it's a gift card for shopping, dining, fitness gear, or any of the 20+ categories in our rewards catalog — they'll receive an OTP to verify the transaction. This multi-factor authentication step prevents unauthorized redemptions while keeping the process quick and seamless.
The verification happens entirely in-app, so there's no need to switch between apps or wait for email confirmations.
