The Marketplace is a section within Vantage Fit where you can browse curated wellness offerings from third-party partners. Think of it as a directory of fitness products, wellness services, subscriptions, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) — all organized in one place for easy discovery.
Where to Find It
The Marketplace lives in the Programs tab. Tap the tab and look for the Marketplace section alongside Training Plans and other program offerings.
Note: The Marketplace is only available if your company has enabled it. If you don't see it in the Programs tab, your organization's admin hasn't activated this feature.
What's in the Marketplace
The Marketplace includes offerings across several categories:
- Fitness products — equipment, accessories, workout gear
- Wellness services — therapy, coaching, nutritional counseling
- Subscriptions — fitness apps, meditation platforms, health content
- Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) — mental health support, counseling services, crisis resources
Categories are organized in a tree structure, so you can browse broadly or drill down into specific areas of interest.
How It Works
Browsing the Marketplace is straightforward:
- Open the Programs tab.
- Browse categories or scroll through the available offerings.
- Tap on any offering that interests you.
- A disclaimer popup will appear letting you know you're about to leave Vantage Fit and visit an external partner's website.
- Confirm, and the partner's page opens in your browser.
Note: The Marketplace is not a store built into Vantage Fit. These are curated third-party offerings. Any purchases, subscriptions, or sign-ups happen directly on the partner's website, under their terms and conditions.
What to Expect from Partners
Each Marketplace listing typically includes:
- Partner name and logo
- Brief description of what they offer
- Category tags so you can find similar offerings
- External link to the partner's website or landing page
Some partners may offer special pricing or exclusive deals for Vantage Fit users — check the listing details for any promotions.
Important Things to Know
- External transactions — Vantage Fit does not process any payments for Marketplace offerings. All transactions happen on the partner's platform.
- Third-party terms — Each partner has their own terms of service, privacy policy, and support channels. Vantage Fit curates the directory but doesn't manage individual partner offerings.
- Company-specific — The offerings you see may be tailored to your organization. Your HR admin can configure which Marketplace categories and partners are visible.
- No points integration — Marketplace purchases are separate from the Vantage Fit points system. You cannot use your wellness points to buy Marketplace offerings.
Tip: If your company offers an EAP through the Marketplace, bookmark it — it's a valuable resource for mental health support, counseling, and work-life balance assistance.
