How Do I View and RSVP to Events on the Web?

Updated May 12, 2026 Employee

Your company may organize wellness events — yoga classes, health talks, team walks, fitness workshops, or wellness fairs — and you can view and respond to them directly from the Vantage Fit web app. No need to switch to the mobile app just to check what's coming up or to RSVP.

Finding Events

Events are accessible from within the web app when your company has the events feature enabled. You can navigate to an event's detail page from the Work Life section or from event links shared by your HR admin.

Note: If you don't see any events, your company's HR admin may not have published any, or the events feature may not be enabled for your organization. Check with your HR team if you expect to see events but don't.

Viewing Event Details

Click on an event to see its full detail page. The event details page includes:

Event Information

  • Title — the name of the event (e.g., "Morning Yoga Session," "Wellness Wednesday Talk," "Team Step Challenge Kickoff")
  • Description — a full description of what the event is about, what to expect, and who it's for
  • Date and Time — when the event takes place, including the start time
  • Location — where the event is held (could be a physical location, a virtual meeting link, or "online")
  • Requirements — any prerequisites or things you need to bring (e.g., yoga mat, water bottle, comfortable clothing)

Event Status

The event page also shows the current status:

  • Whether the event is upcoming, ongoing, or completed
  • How many people have RSVP'd
  • Your own RSVP status

How to RSVP

Responding to an event is straightforward:

  1. Open the event details page.
  2. You'll see the RSVP options: Yes or No.
  3. Click Yes to confirm you're attending, or No to decline.
  4. Your response is recorded immediately.

You can change your RSVP at any time before the event starts — just go back to the event details page and select a different response.

Tip: RSVP early so your HR admin can plan accordingly. Some events have limited capacity, and early responses help organizers prepare.

Some events may be organized through external partner platforms. In these cases, the event details page will include a link that redirects you to the partner's site where you can register, join a virtual session, or view additional information.

When you click an external event link:

  • You'll be taken to the partner's website in a new browser tab
  • Registration or participation on the partner site is separate from your Vantage Fit RSVP
  • Your RSVP in Vantage Fit records your intent to attend, while the external site handles the actual event logistics

Note: If an event uses an external link, make sure to complete any required registration on the partner site in addition to your Vantage Fit RSVP.

Events and Challenges

Some events may be tied to challenges. For example, attending a wellness workshop might count as a challenge task, or an event might kick off a new challenge. Check the event description for details on how attendance connects to your active challenges.
