To access Vantage Fit on the web, open a Vantage Fit email and click Open Vantage Fit. Your account is the same one you use on the mobile app — challenge progress, points, and activity data all sync between platforms.
Opening the Web App
- Open any Vantage Fit email you have received, such as a challenge invite, weekly summary, or program notification.
- Click Open Vantage Fit.
- If you're already signed in, the web app opens directly.
- If you're asked to sign in, enter your work email and password.
Sign-In Methods
Depending on how your company has configured the platform, you'll use one of these methods to sign in:
Email + Password
This is the most common sign-in method:
- Click Open Vantage Fit from a Vantage Fit email.
- Enter your registered work email address.
- Enter your password.
- Click Sign In.
Tip: Use the same email address you registered with on the mobile app. Your web and mobile accounts are the same account.
Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your company uses SSO (Single Sign-On):
- Click Open Vantage Fit from a Vantage Fit email.
- Click the SSO or Sign In with SSO option.
- You'll be redirected to your company's login page — the same one you use for email, Slack, or other corporate tools.
- Enter your corporate credentials and authenticate.
- You'll be redirected back to the Vantage Fit web app, signed in.
With SSO, you don't need a separate Vantage Fit password. Your corporate login handles everything.
First-Time Web Users
If you've been using Vantage Fit on your phone but are signing in to the web for the first time, here are a few things to know:
If Your Company Uses SSO
You're all set. Just click the SSO option on the web login page and authenticate with your corporate credentials. Same experience as mobile.
If Your Company Uses Email + Password
If you signed up on mobile using Google Sign-In or OTP and never set a password, you'll need one for the web. Here's what to do:
- On the web login page, click "Forgot Password".
- Enter your registered work email.
- You'll receive a password reset link via email (valid for 1 hour).
- Click the link and create a new password.
- Now sign in on the web with your email and new password.
Note: Creating a password through "Forgot Password" doesn't change how you sign in on mobile. You can continue using Google Sign-In or OTP on the mobile app while using email + password on the web.
What Syncs Between Web and Mobile
Your Vantage Fit account is unified across platforms. When you sign in on the web, you'll see the same:
- Challenge enrollments and progress — any challenges you've joined on mobile show up on web, and vice versa
- Logged activities — activities logged on either platform appear everywhere
- Points and rewards — earned points sync (though the wallet and redemption are mobile-only)
- Content progress — bite-size quiz completions and article reads are tracked across platforms
| Data | Syncs? |
|---|---|
| Challenge progress | Yes |
| Logged activities | Yes |
| Points earned | Yes |
| Water/mood/sleep/weight logs | Yes |
| Step count (from device) | Yes (display only on web) |
| Wallet and redemption | Mobile only |
| Profile edits | Mobile only |
Troubleshooting Sign-In Issues
"Company Not Found"
Make sure you're using the same work email that is registered for Vantage Fit. If the error continues, contact your HR admin so they can confirm your account is active.
"Invalid Credentials"
Double-check your email and password. Remember, the password is case-sensitive. If you're unsure, use "Forgot Password" to reset.
SSO Redirects to a Blank Page
This usually means your company's login session has expired. Try signing in to your corporate tools first (e.g., open Outlook or Slack), then try the Vantage Fit SSO again.
