How Do I View the Social Feed on the Web?

Updated May 12, 2026 Employee

The social feed on the Vantage Fit web app lets you stay connected with your colleagues' fitness updates, company announcements, and wellness milestones — all from your browser. It's a great way to see what's happening in your workplace wellness community without needing to open the mobile app.

Getting to the Social Feed

  1. Open a Vantage Fit email and click Open Vantage Fit. If prompted, sign in with your work email and password.
  2. Navigate to the Posts page from the Work Life tab or the overview area.

You'll see a feed of posts from colleagues across your organization.

What You'll See in the Feed

The social feed displays several types of content:

Fitness Posts

Posts from colleagues sharing their workout completions, challenge milestones, and activity achievements. These are automatically generated when someone completes a significant activity or hits a challenge target.

Announcements

Company-wide or team-specific announcements related to wellness initiatives, upcoming challenges, or program updates posted by your HR admin or wellness coordinators.

Updates

General updates from the community, including badge achievements, streak milestones, and other recognition moments.

Sorting Posts

You can also control the order in which posts appear:

  • Recent — shows the newest posts first. This is the default sort and keeps you up to date with the latest activity.
  • Relevant — surfaces posts that are most relevant to you, based on factors like your department, your challenge participation, and engagement patterns.

Use the sort option at the top of the feed to switch between these views.

Top Community Feeds

The social feed page also highlights top community feeds — curated collections of the most active or popular posts. This section gives you a quick sense of the most engaged groups and trending wellness activity across the organization.

Important: The Web Feed is View-Only

Here's the key thing to know about the social feed on the web app:

You can browse and read posts, but you cannot create, comment on, or like posts from the web.

Why the Social Feed Matters

Even though the web feed is view-only, it serves an important purpose:

  • Stay motivated — seeing colleagues complete workouts and hit milestones is a powerful motivator, especially on days you need a push.
  • Stay informed — catch announcements about new challenges, events, and wellness programs without having to check email.
  • Build community — knowing what's happening across the organization helps build a sense of shared purpose around wellness.

If you're at your desk and want a quick wellness check-in, scrolling through the social feed is a great way to stay connected.
