I see 'company not found' when signing in

The "Company Not Found" error means Vantage Fit cannot match your email address to a registered company. Here is how to fix it.

Common Causes and Solutions

1. You Are Using a Personal Email

Vantage Fit matches your email domain (the part after @) to your company. If you are using a personal email (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.), the system will not find your company.

Fix: Sign in with your work email address — the one your company issued to you.

2. Typo in Your Email Address

A small typo can cause the system to look for the wrong domain.

Fix: Double-check your email address for:

  • Misspellings (e.g., @comapny.com instead of @company.com).
  • Extra spaces before or after the email.
  • Wrong domain (e.g., .co instead of .com).

3. Your Company Uses Employee ID Login

Some companies are configured to use employee ID instead of email for sign-in.

Fix: Try signing in with your employee ID instead of your email address. Check with your HR admin if you are unsure whether your company uses employee ID login.

4. Your Email Domain is Not Mapped

Your company may be registered with Vantage Fit, but your specific email domain has not been mapped yet. This can happen if your company uses multiple email domains.

Fix: Contact your HR admin and let them know the error. They can reach out to Vantage Fit support to add your email domain to the company mapping.

5. Your Company is on a Different Regional Instance

Vantage Fit operates on multiple regional instances (India, US, EU, UAE). If you are trying to sign in on the wrong regional instance, the system will not find your company.

Fix: Ask your HR admin which regional instance your company uses. You may need to:

  • Switch to the correct app version (if region-specific apps exist).
  • Use a different web URL for your region.

Note: Regional instance issues are rare for most employees. Your HR admin will know if this applies to your company.

What to Do If None of This Works

  1. Contact your HR admin first. They can verify:
    • That your account exists in the system.
    • Which email address is registered for you.
    • Whether your company uses email or employee ID login.
  2. If your HR admin cannot resolve it, they can contact Vantage Fit support for help.
