If your Vantage Fit app feels simpler than what you've seen described in other articles — no meal logging, no sleep tracking, just steps — your company is using Lite Mode.
What Lite Mode Means for You
Your employer has chosen a steps-focused version of Vantage Fit. This means:
- Step tracking works normally — your phone counts steps via Apple Health on iPhone or Google Fit on Android just like the full version.
- Challenges are Race format — straightforward step competitions.
- Leaderboard, points, and rewards all work the same.
- Social feed is available.
Other features are either locked or hidden:
- Onboarding health profile — no height, weight, age, or fitness goal setup. You accept Terms & Conditions and you're in.
- Nutrition, water, sleep, or mood logging
- GPS workout tracking
- Health Risk Assessment or Wellness Score
- Two Activity Rings (you'll see one — steps only)
How to Tell If You're in Lite Mode
- You see one Activity Ring (steps) instead of two
- Tapping the Plus (+) button only shows Sync
- There's no option to log meals, water, sleep, or mood
Can I Get the Full Version?
The mode is a company-wide setting chosen by your HR admin — it's not something you can change individually. If you'd like access to the full feature set, let your HR team know.
