I forgot my password

You have two options: reset your password via email, or sign in with a one-time code (OTP) if your company has OTP enabled.

Option 1: Sign In with OTP Instead

If your company has OTP enabled (most do), you don't need your password at all:

  1. On the sign-in screen, enter your work email
  2. When the password screen appears, tap "Login with OTP"
  3. A 4-digit code is sent to your email
  4. Enter the code within 10 minutes
  5. You're signed in

Tip: Check your spam/junk folder if the OTP email doesn't arrive. You can tap "Resend" after 30 seconds.

Option 2: Reset Your Password

  1. On the sign-in screen, enter your work email
  2. Tap "Forgot Password?"
  3. The app may first ask: "Would you like to login with OTP instead?" — tap "No, reset password"
  4. A password reset link is sent to your email
  5. Click the link (valid for 1 hour, one-time use)
  6. Set a new password (minimum 8 characters, can't match your old password)
  7. Return to the app and sign in with your new password

Note: You can request up to 5 reset links per hour. After that, you'll need to wait.

My Account is Locked

If you entered the wrong password 5 times, your account is automatically locked for security.

  1. On the locked screen, tap "Unlock Account"
  2. This triggers a password reset email
  3. Follow the reset steps above
  4. Your account is unlocked after you set a new password

SSO Users

If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), you don't have a Vantage Fit password — you sign in through your company's login system. Contact your IT department for SSO password issues.
