Vantage Fit is a corporate wellness platform that your employer provides to help you stay active and healthy. It tracks your daily activity, lets you participate in wellness challenges with colleagues, and rewards you for building healthy habits.
How Vantage Fit Works
Your company provides Vantage Fit as part of its wellness program — there's nothing for you to buy or subscribe to. If your company has enabled Vantage Fit, you can sign in with your work email and start tracking immediately.
Here's what you can do:
- Track your steps automatically — your phone counts your steps via Apple Health (iPhone) or Google Fit (Android). No wearable needed.
- Join wellness challenges — your HR team creates challenges like step competitions, journey milestones, and custom wellness programs.
- Log activities — manually log 65+ activity types including yoga, swimming, cycling, strength training, and more.
- Track nutrition — log your meals, water intake, and monitor your daily calorie targets.
- Earn rewards — earn points through challenges and redeem them for gift cards and vouchers.
- Connect with colleagues — share achievements on the social feed, join team challenges, and participate in events.
What You Need to Get Started
- Your work email (or employee ID, if your company uses that)
- The Vantage Fit app — download from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Your sign-in method — your company chooses which methods are available: password, OTP (one-time code sent to your email), or Single Sign-On (SSO) through your company's login system
That's it. Your employer handles all the setup — you just sign in and start tracking.
Do I Need a Fitness Tracker?
No. Your phone's built-in sensors track your steps automatically through Apple Health (iPhone) or Google Fit (Android). A smartwatch or fitness tracker like Fitbit, Garmin, or Apple Watch is optional — it adds more accurate tracking and additional data types like heart rate and sleep.
Full Mode vs Steps-Only
Your employer decides which features are available. Some companies enable the full suite — activity logging, nutrition, sleep, mood, GPS workouts, and health assessments. Others keep it focused on steps and challenges only for a simpler experience.
What you see in the app depends on what your company has turned on. If you're curious about features you don't see, ask your HR admin.
